"Guardians Of The Light - A Visit With Hans Peter Jensen." In this, already one of our most popular new segments, Peter recounts how he, as a Hawaiian, witnessed the wholesale destruction of Makua Valley by the US military and the deep spiritual impact it had on him.
Further, he reveals that he and his family would have had land taken away had mandatory lease-hold conversion succeeded in Honolulu earlier this year.
As he did some soul-searching to discover what his role would be to help stop the desecration and theft, he found himself transforming from potential victim to telling the stories to others as an award winning producer for `Olelo television on `Oahu.
Don't miss this powerful and moving new segment as Peter recounts the effect it had on him of witnessing the destruction of his family's `aumakua [ancestral guardians] by the Makua Valley fires.
