SUPPORTERS OF A FREE HAWAI`I TO MARCH IN PROTEST OVER STOLEN LANDS & SOVEREIGNTY

US To Try Hawaiian Nationals For Trespass On Their Own Lands

A show of support is being called for as three Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian) Nationals are brought to trial because of attempted Hawaiian culture practice.

Henry Noa, Nelson Armitage and Russell Kahookele will stand trial in Maui District Court 8 AM on Friday, June 15th on charges by the so-called "state" of Hawai`i on criminal trespass and violation of closed waters on and around the island of Kaho`olawe.

In 1993, the entire island of Kaho`olawe was returned through a trust to the Hawaiian people.

Supporters are asked to gather to protest this gross injustice at Wells Street Park in Wailuku, Maui at 7 AM.

The US federal government has continually recognized in their own laws and legal documents the Kingdom of Hawai`i as the legitimate sovereignty of the Hawaiian islands for over 114 years, and whose political authority was illegally suspended in 1895 in an act of war by the US against the Hawaiian Nation.
