HAWAIIAN NATIONAL SPEAKS OUT AGAINST AKAKA BILL

Testimony Submitted To US Civil Rights Commission

"We are Hawai`i nationals; the third party in this equation that will not go away; the ones you refuse to acknowledge and speak with; nor want to discuss the reality of a true resolution....

As U.S. American settlers in Hawai`i, you continue violating the laws of occupation and our neutrality while subjecting us to the US WASP society propaganda, conditioning, forced-assimilation, brainwashing, and dancing around with the play on semantics in a scurrilous manner.

We object to the motives of the Akaka Bill and seek redress in following the laws of occupation and neutrality afforded to us through our inherent national civil and human rights dictated by our Hawai`i Kingdom's constitution, treaties and the U.S. constitution as the supreme law of the land.

Our case needs to be addressed with the U.S. State Department and not within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of the Interior to realize justice.

Only then will the U.S. government be vindicated for making a mockery of justice, honor, freedom, and democracy."
