Honolulu - Eyewitnesses report at 6:15 PM Hawai`i time, His Majesty Akahi Nui and members of his Security force have locked down `Iolani Palace grounds and are preventing "unauthorized access."
State law enforcement has just entered the grounds and made their first arrest.
