Because of your phone calls and emails to Senator Dela Cruz, a hearing has been scheduled for SCR 39 and SR 14: REQUESTING THE GOVERNOR TO ORDER THE EXCLUSIVE DISPLAY OF THE FLAG OF HAWAII OVER STATE BUILDINGS ON JANUARY 17 OF EACH YEAR
