That news dramatically changed both of their lives, but for Keith it put a whole new emphasis on the importance of cooking and eating healthy. Because so many Hawaiians today are at high-risk and suffer from diabetes, he became determined to create delicious recipes and dishes that are easy to prepare yet effective in helping to control blood sugar.
