THE SITUATION OF THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS
QUICK FACT #1 -
Contrary to what most people think, the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands is actually a sovereign, independent country -
• The Hawaiian Islands is not part of the United States… and never was! The United States never lawfully acquired the Hawaiian Islands, and the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands never surrendered its sovereignty.
• This means the United States’ claim to the Hawaiian Islands is fraudulent. What the United States called “The Territory of Hawai`i” (1898-1959) and morphed into “The State of Hawai`i” (1959- present) have no lawful basis.
• What is known as “The State of Hawai`i” is an unlawful, fake entity — a puppet government installed by the United States to make its claim to and control of the Hawaiian Islands appear to be legitimate.
• The truth is, the United States is operating a criminal occupation using deceit, extortion, fear and strong-arm tactics of domination, exploitation and pillaging in order to maintain control of the Hawaiian Islands.
• The United States conducts these criminal operations in the Hawaiian Islands for its own benefit while Hawaiians are denied the full blessings of their nation, their lands and their freedom.
