NATIVE HAWAIIAN HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS DOCUMENTED

Report To United Nations Available For All To See

A two day conference,
"The Rights Of Native Hawaiians As Indigenous Peoples To Self-Determination Under International Human Rights Law And U.S. Domestic Law," concludes today at University of Hawai`i Manoa.

Earlier this year a Shadow Report detailing on-going human rights violations against Native Hawaiians since the illegal overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom was filed with the Human Rights Committee at the United Nations.

So that everyone can understand the background to this groundbreaking work, we have posted several of the documents, along with the final Shadow Report itself here

The reports demonstrate the historic and continuing violation of our people’s right to self-governance and self-determination that predates the overthrow and continues to the present.

We encourage everyone to take the time to read the materials in order to understand the status and significance of bringing a
Free Hawai`i to the world stage.
