The Anti-Annexation Ku'e Petitions, which proved Hawai`i's citizens did not wish to become part of the US had been suppressed for many years and ignored.
It was the will of the people and they spoke loud and clear.
Yet, the covert and overt activities of the US in Hawai`i are well documented and obvious.
Other than the Apology bill of 1993, the US will not dabble in answering anything having to do with an overthrow of Hawai`i's monarch and government.
Their idea of making things right is to classify Hawaiians as tribes and put then all on "reservations" throughout Hawai`i.
Who would actually believe Hawaiians are indians?
The fact is the Hawaiian Kingdom was and still is today a neutral state thus obligated to follow the rules of neutrality, which the Hawaiian Kingdom participated in formulating over a century ago.
The US is obligated to honor those international laws of neutrality.
Hawai`i's status of neutrality has always been equal to that of Switzerland.
The language of annexation and statehood are ruses to hide and confuse what really happened.
