SUPERFERRY MUST FACE THE CONSEQUENCES

I have no sympathy for the position that Hawai`i Superferry is being destroyed by overregulation and an unfriendly business environment in Hawai`i.
The Superferry is in an uncomfortable financial position now because it tried to circumvent the EIS -- had it complied, it would now be operating with no problems.
Why rewrite laws to allow the Superferry to operate before the completion of the EIS?
It shouldn't be rewarded for trying to break the rules in the first place.
