HAWAI`I STATE SUPREME COURT RULES AGAINST SUPERFERRY
The state Supreme Court ruled today that the state law allowing the Hawai`i Superferry to operate while an environmental impact statement was conducted is unconstitutional.
The court sent the case back to Circuit Court, leaving the fate of the Superferry’s service in question.
