The memo was written by independent expert Dr. Alfred de Zayas, an important high official at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
This remarkable memo affirms two things - first, that the Hawaiian Kingdom is currently under an illegal occupation by the United States and second, that Hawaiian Kingdom law, rather than US domestic law must be administered in Hawai`i by the US occupier.
