NO NATURE IS A FAILURE ON “VOICES OF TRUTH - ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`IʻS FUTURE”
"What They Are Missing - A Visit With Randy Ching"
If it seems to you like todayʻs youth are only into iPads, smartphones and video games, youʻre not alone. It so bothered former educator Randy Ching that students are missing some key experiences he had when growing up like being outdoors and knowing how to climb a tree, he began to volunteer his time at the Hawai`i Nature Center. There, todayʻs youth get something most of them have never had before - "hands on" training in nature. Join us in our visit with Randy as he describes what itʻs like to see kids experience the real world for the very first time in a whole new way - Watch It Here
