With the demise of the Akaka bill, the scramble is on for the claim to create a legitimate Hawaiian government.

While the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and never went away, some are planning an attempt to grab the legitimacy that only the Hawaiian Kingdom has.

Two main models of government are about to be put forth and neither is legitimate.
