SUPPORT FOR RECOGNITION OF HAWAIIAN NATIONALS

Dear Representatives -

I strongly support the following house resolutions - HR16, HR23 and HCR40.

There is every reason to support what is true - that Hawaiian Nationals are a nationality that exist at this present time - and that they consist of the "real" status of "real" peoples.

After all - the Hawaiian Kingdom continues to exist - as there was "NO" annexation of Hawai`i to the US. The US being an occupier (according to International Law, the Law of Nations, etc.)

The so-called State of Hawai`i would do well to begin to recognize the subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom - as the day of its (the Kingdom's) full re-recognition by the nation-states of the world (as a member in good standing of the Family of Nations) is approaching. To not do so may constitute "war crimes" - and this is not a threat, only a fact.

This is so - as "war crimes" (under international law) include the following: Usurpation of sovereignty during occupation; denationalizing the inhabitants of occupied territory; confiscation of property; wanton devastation and destruction of religious, charitable, educational and historical buildings and monuments, etc.

Thank you,
