NO DISSENSION AT THIS CONVENTION ON “VOICES OF TRUTH – ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I’S FUTURE”

We’ve been explaining over the past few weeks on Free Hawai`i TV what the Hawai`i fake state Akaka bill says and how it will work.

Many of you have contacted us asking about the Native Hawaiian Convention.

Yes, the fake state Akaka bill does mention a Native Hawaiian Convention as one of the steps in the bill.

But a Native Hawaiian Convention is not new to Hawai`i – it’s been held many times before, but the outcome has always been the same – it’s been shut down at the very last moment, because participants were in agreement on one single thing.

What is that and who shut it down? And will this time be any different? Find out this coming Wednesday on Free Hawai`i TV.

We feature three dedicated individuals who fight having their own voices silenced every single day, yet each keeps doing the work they’re called to do. What are their individual missions and who called them to it? Find out all this week
on Hawai`i’s award winning Voices Of Truth – One-On-One With Hawai`i’s Future.

“Can Of Worms – A Visit With Chris Kauwe”

Long-time Kaua`i resident Chris Kauwe is never one to leave something alone that needs resolving, whether it’s fish-pond preservation or stopping the Superferry. A cultural activist, practitioner and accomplished media producer, Chris thinks nothing of opening a can of worms and diving straight in. Being a child on the front lines of the Hawaiian sovereignty movement was not always easy. Yet Hale tells us it’s what made him what he is today – a servant of both his culture and his people. Hawai`iʻs Hidden Past – A Visit With Lanakila Willard"

Lanakila Willard is one of those Hawaiians who got the call from her ancestors. She answered and before long found herself discovering something that had been covered up for centuries - a Heiau or ancient Hawaiian place of worship. Assuming it to be small, she was stunned to realize the size and scope of what she was uncovering. Join us in our visit with Lanakila on the island of Maui, as she gives us a tour of an amazing place never before seen in modern times Watch It Here

AKAKA BILL QUIRKS IN THE WORKS ON “VOICES OF TRUTH – ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I’S FUTURE

Since the Hawai`i fake state Akaka bill passed recently, many of you have contacted us with questions about exactly what’s in the bill, how it will work and even if it’s legal.

Just like the US federal Akaka bill that failed to pass in the US congress after eleven years of trying, this bill is simply another thinly disguised attempt for the fake state to appear as a friend of native Hawaiians.

But in doing so it’s making a huge mistake. You might even say it’s a patchwork of quirks.

What are they and how exactly will the bill work? Find out all the answers this coming Wednesday on Free Hawai`i TV.

We visit with three individuals this week who have long been on the forefront of helping to make Hawai`i a better place to live. See their amazing stories for yourself on Hawai`i’s award winning
Voices Of Truth – One-On-One With Hawai`i’s Future.

THIS ANNEXATION WAS A FABRICATION ON VOICES OF TRUTH – ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I’S FUTURE

Something unusual will occur in Hawai`i tomorrow on Presidentʻs Day, a US national holiday.

Hawai`i Nationals will gather Monday at the statue of US President William McKinley in front of McKinley high school at 10 AM to observe the centennial of the dedication of the statue.

They will do so by marking the fact that this statue of President McKinley holds in its hand something that never existed – a treaty of annexation between the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States.

While calling attention to that lie, participants will also underscore a truth – that 98% of all Hawaiian Kingdom Nationals alive at the time in 1898 opposed any attempt to cede Hawai`i to the US.

Moreover they made their protest public record in 1897 by signing the Kuʻe petitions, the monster document containing the signatures of nearly all Hawaiian Kingdom citizens alive at the time.

The event tomorrow is free and open to the public. Everyone is encouraged to attend and take part in this historic observation of one simple truth – Hawai`i never has been part of the United States.

And speaking of uncovering things, Lanakila Willard was called to uncover one of Mauiʻs largest, oldest and most significant heiaus and what saw in our visit with her is simply amazing.

Donʻt miss our tour of Honua`ula Heiau with Lanakila all this week on Hawai`i’s award winning
Voices Of Truth – One-On-One With Hawai`i’s Future.

SHE WAS ASKED TO UNCOVER HAWAI`IʻS HIDDEN PAST ON VOICES OF TRUTH – ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I’S FUTURE

Weʻre all familiar with the saying, “many are called, but few answer.”

Lanakila Willard got the call and did answer.

Called by the ancestors to a place on the island of Maui, she was amazed to find what she had been asked to do – uncover an ancient Heiau.

But this was no ordinary Heiau where ancient Hawaiian worship had occurred, but one of only four on the entire island where important political decisions had been made by ancient Hawaiian high chiefs going back over two thousand years.

And thatʻs where we came in the picture – literally.

Given permission to visit with our cameras, Lanakila takes us on a tour of the complex as itʻs being uncovered from centuries of obscurity.

What we saw took our breath away as well as our visit with this extraordinary woman who has taken on this amazing mission. Youʻre invited to come along on our journey all this week on Hawai`i’s award winning
Voices Of Truth – One-On-One With Hawai`i’s Future.
