ALOHA MAI KAKOU!
WELCOME IF YOU'RE VISITING FREEHAWAII.INFO FOR THE FIRST TIME!

Free Hawai`i means returning the Hawaiian Islands back to an independent nation status, like it was before it was illegally overthrown by US marines and rich sugar barons in 1893.

In 1993, President Clinton formally apologized for that act and publicly acknowledged the illegality of the overthrow.

DID YOU KNOW -

98% of all Hawaiians living at the time opposed the illegal overthrow!

Today, less than 20% of all land in Hawai`i is in Hawaiian hands. Over 60% today is in non-Hawaiian hands!

A few individuals, who are non-Hawaiian, lease an amount of land in Hawai`i that is greater than all land leased to all Native Hawaiians!

Currently, only 72 landowners control 95% of all land in Hawai`i.

Native Hawaiians make up the largest percentage of homeless in Hawai`i today.

Native Hawaiians have the worst social, educational and economic indicators compared to any ethnic group in the US.

Native Hawaiians currently have the worst health profile compared to any ethnic group in the US.

Descendants of the Hawaiian Nation want their country and land back so they can grow their own foods, become healthy once again, and control their own destiny.

Hawai`i Was A Free Nation - But Never Free For The Taking!

IS FEDERAL RECOGNITION REALLY A GOOD THING?

THEN WHY MUST NATIVE AMERICANS FIGHT THE US GOVERNMENT TO KEEP THEIR OWN LANDS ?

A Native American group has renewed its push for equal treatment in the wake of a supportive ruling from the world’s highest human rights body.

The decision, issued by a committee of the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights, sternly rebuked the US government for civil and human rights violations against the Western Shoshone Nation.

Indigenous rights groups say the Distribution Act could legitimize the pattern of rights abuses and land exploitation that have been escalating for the past generation, unchecked by courts or lawmakers.

Tim Coulter, executive director of the Indian Law Resource Center, said that unlike individual US citizens, who enjoy full constitutional protections, "Congress has for all intents and purposes completely unlimited power to do as it pleases with [Native American nations] and their property."

WANT TO SEE HOW FEDERAL RECOGNITION REALLY WORKS ?

Insanity Of Interior Department Continues -

Washington, DC - When the US Department of the Interior was recently ordered to reimburse lawyers for American Indians $7 million for their successful lawsuit over missing royalty payments on Indian land, the department decided that budget considerations would force it to raise almost half of that $7 million by cutting back programs of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

With Federal Recognition There Are No Beneficiaries - Only Victims

THE DANGERS OF FEDERAL RECOGNITION ON VOICES OF TRUTH - ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I'S FUTURE

We’ve been amazed at the continuing reaction and response this past week regarding part one of “A Violation Of Trust - A Voices Of Truth Special Report.”

So many of you were shocked and angry to learn of the sad and sorry effects of federal recognition on Alaska's Native people and the fact that the Council For Native Hawaiian Advancement would not allow them to speak at their annual convention.

Nothing we’ve aired has sparked the outrage of you, our viewers like this.

A one-hour special as well as part two of “A Violation Of Trust" is coming soon – watch for details.

Also airing this week on Hawai`i Island is “The Truth About Federal Recognition – Part One – A Visit With David Ingham.”

One of the world’s leading experts on the harm federal recognition has inflicted on Native peoples, David tells you what you need to know, as well as what the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) and others don’t want you to know.

It’s the dangers of Federal Recognition week, so be sure and tell your friends and family to watch Voices Of Truth – One-On-One With Hawai`i’s Future.

MONDAY, March 27th At 7:00 PM & FRIDAY, March 31st At 5:30 PM - Hawai`i Island - Na Leo, Channel 54 -
“The Truth About Federal Recognition - A Visit With David Ingham - Part One."

Filmed in San Francisco with David Ingham, one of the world's foremost authorities on federal recognition and what it has done to native peoples, this segment is a real eye-opener on just how damaging the Akaka bill would be for Hawai`i should it ever become law.

David shares with us how he came to be so interested in this issue as it pertains to Hawai`i and exactly why it’s bad news despite what OHA has been saying.

Given that an attempt will be made once again to pass the "Akaka Bill" this year in the US Congress, this is a show that no one should miss.

The interview, in two parts, is packed with powerful and revealing information.

This is one to tell your 'ohana (family) and all your friends to watch - find out what OHA doesn’t want you to know about this bill.

WEDNESDAY, March 29th At 6:30 PM - Maui - Akaku, Channel 53
"Ancient Mana`o For A Pono Future - A Visit With Alex Pua`a - Revisited."

One of our most popular shows ever, "Ancient Mana`o For A Pono Future - A Visit With Alex Pua`a," has received more feedback from our viewers than practically any other segment.

When we taped Alex, we ended up with far more footage than we could use. So we have re-edited a new version to include never before seen footage.

Both a spiritual and cultural practitioner, Alex shares unique and moving spiritual and cultural values that underpin the Hawaiian culture.

Like the original, this new segment has a timeless feel to it as knowledge that is beyond time is revealed.

THURSDAY, March 30th At 8:30 PM & FRIDAY, March 31st At 8:30 AM - Kaua`i - Ho`ike, Channel 52
SATURDAY, April 1st At 8:00 PM - O`ahu - 'Olelo, Channel 53
"A Violation Of Trust - Part One - A Voices Of Truth Special Report."

At their conference in Honolulu last August, the Council For Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA) invited several representatives of federally recognized Native American tribes and Alaska Native Corporations to promote the economic benefits of federal recognition and oil drilling in the Artic National Wildlife Refuge.

When the Gwich'in, the native people who actually live on that land asked to participate in the discussions, the CNHA refused their request.

Not to be silenced, the Gwich'in did come to Honolulu and, with help from their many Hawai`i supporters, presented panel discussions and an Artic Film Festival at the State Capitol.

They also rented a conference room close to the CNHA convention to share the truth with all who would listen.

What they revealed was stunning.

A proud and self-sufficient people, the Gwich'in refuse to allow the violation of their natural environment.

They recount their life of poverty and deprivation under federal recognition and their constant battles with the US federal government and alien economic opportunists.

It has become clearly apparent that certain individuals within the CNHA have been secretly working with senators from both Alaska and Hawai`i to promote drilling in the ANWR, against the wishes of the Gwich'in, and also to force federal recognition here in Hawai'`i - for personal gain.

In this emotionally charged segment, hear the truth for yourself - what the CNHA has tried to hide as Alaskan Natives describe how oil is destroying their physical and spiritual health and their traditional lives. Hear the disastrous effects of federal recognition on these special people.

Voices of Truth interviews those creating a better future for Hawai`i to discover what made them go from armchair observers to active participants in the hopes of inspiring viewers to do the same.

Those not in Hawai`i wishing to view the series may do so by visiting
www.olelo.org and then clicking "NAT-Channel 53." A screen should then display allowing you to see the show via live streaming.

Please refer to the `Olelo television programming notes above for segment times and titles.

WHY DO MORE AND MORE PEOPLE WANT THE ILLEGAL U.S. OCCUPATION OF HAWAI'I TO END ?

Now The Conclusion -

Hawai`i imports two-thirds of its food from the mainland and locally-grown food is expensive due to high land prices.

Although a relative scarcity of farmable land exists in the islands, some economists have concluded that land prices are artificially inflated through manipulation by the Big Five, giant land-holding companies owned by descendents of the five most influential missionary families who settled in Hawai`i two centuries ago.

But critics argue that even the food imported from the mainland shouldn't cost as much as it does.

One supermarket manager admitted candidly that Matson Navigation shipping adds an average of only 18 per cent to the cost of imported food.

Yet prices range between 30 and 40 per cent higher than California where the Matson ships pick up the food for delivery to Hawai`i...

Meanwhile, the situation grows worse daily for the vast majority of people in paradise and it's unlikely to reverse direction anytime soon...

In the past, Hawai`i was known for its aloha spirit and laid-back lifestyle.

But by the early 1990s tourism, by then underpinning the state's economy, was under threat from cheaper competition. The Gulf War and early 1990s recession lost Hawai`i its status and a lot of its visitors.

The end of the Cold War saw cutbacks in military spending...

Now aloha is difficult to find as various ethnic groups vie with each other for the last crumbs of the once-large economic pie. And the pace of life has become frenetic in too many ways.

As one long-time resident commented: "Hawai`i is turning into one of those Caribbean tourist islands where you have fancy hotels and a tiny rich neighbourhood and the rest of the island is a shantytown of poverty and crime."

Friday, March 24, 2006

WHY DO MORE AND MORE PEOPLE WANT THE ILLEGAL U.S. OCCUPATION OF HAWAI'I TO END ?

Here's - Part Two

Today most of the Island of Hawai`i (Big Island) as well as the islands of Molokai, Lana'i and Kaua'i, are economic wastelands with little opportunity to make a decent living.

On Kaua'i workers often share apartments or small houses with several other workers because rents are too expensive for one or two individuals to afford.

And the torrential rain and floods in the last month have only made things infinitely worse.

On every island married couples with children often work two jobs each to make ends meet - if they are fortunate enough to find that many jobs, even at minimum wage.

Aside from housing, transportation and food expenses contribute heavily to Hawai`i's staggering cost of living.

The prices of gasoline, mandatory auto insurance, used cars and repair work are considerably higher than the mainland.

And only the city of Honolulu has reliable public transportation. On the other islands owning a car is a necessity to be able to work or look for jobs.

Tomorrow - The Conclusion...

Thursday, March 23, 2006

HERE'S WHY MORE AND MORE PEOPLE WANT THE ILLEGAL U.S. OCCUPATION OF HAWAI'I TO END

Native Hawaiians constitute roughly 20 per cent of the state population, but they represent 54 per cent of the prison population.

Not coincidentally, they also have the lowest per capita income, the highest poverty rate and the shortest lifespan of any ethnic group in Hawai`i.

Hawai`i public school students receive a very poor education by any standard of measurement. They consistently rank among the lowest of any state in test scores.

Education reform has been talked to death by every governor and legislature of the past 30 years, but nothing substantial has been done.

This has led to a "brain drain" in the islands. Most of the bright students who manage to learn something in spite of the handicapped school system leave Hawai`i for foreign colleges and careers.

In the 1980s, Hawai`i gained the enviable reputation of providing medical insurance to the highest percentage of residents of any state.

A decade after the state ended dental cover, toothless smiles are commonplace among the poor.

Tens of thousands of residents have no medical insurance at all.

Despite higher profits for many businesses, jobs are scarce and most of the available work pays minimum wage or close to it...

In some cases, the lives of the working poor are worse than the unemployed. Among other things, they don't qualify for state financial assistance or full food stamp benefits.

Even during the height of the hotel building boom in the 1980s, workers in the upscale South Kohala district of the Big Island were forced to sleep in their cars or public parks because they couldn't afford the high rents on hotel pay.

WHAT WILL A FREE HAWAI`I LOOK LIKE? ON VOICES OF TRUTH - ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I'S FUTURE

This last January, Voices Of Truth went to `Iolani Palace for Hawai`i Loa Kulike Kakou, All Hawai`i Come Together, the annual observance of the illegal overthrow of the Hawaiian Nation.

Hawaiians and their supporters spent the weekend in activities, gathered in support of Queen Lili`uokalani and a Free Hawai`i.

Well, naturally we had to visit with some of them and what we discovered was truly amazing.

People of all ages and backgrounds told us they were there to maintain the legacy, dignity and righteousness of the Hawaiian Nation, the `aina (land) and the people.

Most all of them are in volved in accomplishing some pretty astounding things.

So this week we debut part one of a collection of those interviews so you too can meet them.

We're sure you'll be just as inspired as we were when you see and hear the faces of the Nation on Voices Of Truth - One-On-One With Hawai`i's Future.

MONDAY, March 20th At 7:00 PM & FRIDAY, March 24th At 5:30 PM -Hawai`i Island - Na Leo, Channel 54 -

"Unsettled Spirit - A Visit With Bumpy Kanahele."

Another of our second season segments that has received very positive reviews, we feature one of Hawai`i's long time sovereignty fighters, and founder of both Pu`uhonua O Waimanalo and Nation of Hawai`i.

Because he shares with us an aspect of himself that not everyone sees, and what got him involved in creating a better future for the people of Hawai`i, viewers have remarked about powerful, inspiring aspects of Bumpy they never knew.

We promise you'll want more as Bumpy tells how his years growing up actually helped to mold him as a leader today who is both strong and wise.

Filmed on location at Pu`uhonua O Waimanalo, Bumpy is 100% inspiration in a setting of stunning beauty and also an example of what all Hawai`i could be.

SATURDAY, March 25th At 8:00 PM - O`ahu - 'Olelo, Channel 53
"Faces Of The Nation - Voices Of Truth Live At `Iolani Palace - Part One."

"What will a Free Hawai`i look like?" is a question we hear a lot.

We found the answer at `Iolani Palace grounds in January when Native Hawaiians and their supporters gathered to spend the weekend showing everyone the Hawaiian Nation is still alive.

Voicing outrage at the continuing illegal occupation of Hawai`i by the U.S., the people there were nevertheless upbeat and optimistic.

We discovered specialists in every field of endeavor - people who will ably fill the needs of the Nation, who know our history and understand a
Free Hawai`i benefits everyone.

And every single one of them we interviewed is actively engaged in creating a better future for Hawai`i and its people.

So be sure and gather your entire `ohana (family) and see for yourself the Hawai`i they describe - it's both amazing and exciting. Their message of hope and vision for the future is one you won't soon forget.

THE TRUTH IS OUT - 99% OF ALL HAWAIIANS DID NOT WANT THE U.S. TO ANNEX HAWAI`I

Did You Know ? -

In 1897 and 1898, 99% of all Native Hawaiians throughout all the islands, signed a petition to U.S. Congress asking that the U.S. not annex Hawai`i.

This petition was rediscovered in the U.S. Archives only within the past 10 years, and today's Hawaiians were proud to find the signatures of their ancestors on this document.

Here's where to see it -

CURIOUS ABOUT HOW HAWAI`I BECAME A STATE ?

HERE'S WHAT A NEWSPAPER IN RACINE, WISCONSIN HAD TO SAY -

Journal Times, Racine, WI - November 11, 2004

The United States acquired Hawaii through force.

Queen Lili'uokalani, Hawaii's last Queen, was deposed on Jan. 17, 1893, by a group of American businessmen supported by the United States Navy and Marine Corps and diplomatic representatives.

Sovereignty of Hawai`i transferred to the U.S. on Aug. 12, 1898 during ceremonies at Iolani Palace in Honolulu, on the island of Oahu.

Hawai`i became a U.S. territory in 1900.

On Nov. 23, 1993, The United States apologized for illegally overthrowing the Kingdom of Hawai`i, and recognized the inherent sovereignty and right of self-determination of native islanders.

Needless to say, a lot of shady events took place between Jan. 17,1893 and Aug. 21, 1959.

Hawaiian sovereignty is still a hot issue in the islands to this day and likely will be for as long as the United States flag flies over Hawai`i.

U.S. SEWS CONFUSION ON ILLEGAL OCCUPATION OF HAWAI`I

Federal Recognition Only Makes Things Worse

Someone once said: "If you get them to ask the wrong questions, you don't have to worry about the answers."

The confusion over the Hawaiian sovereignty issue is the result of an elaborate, protracted campaign by the United States and the State of Hawai`i to conceal and obfuscate their illegal occupation of Hawai`i, and to try to give it a legitimate face.

To accomplish their ends, they manipulate the debate by posing wrong questions.

The occupying powers have deliberately and slyly shifted the question away from 'What redress is called for concerning the theft of a nation?' to that of 'How can we preserve race-based welfare programs?'

Even though these are two completely different questions, federal recognition pretends to address the former by answering the latter.

This is a classic swindle.

Federal reconition is an elaborate scheme using the native-Hawaiian/indigenous-people/Indian-tribe/nation-within-a-nation/self-determination screen to swindle the Hawaiian public, U.S. Congress, the American people and the rest of the world into thinking something significant is being accomplished.

When actually, it is just another attempt in the 112-year effort to legitimize and secure the illegal occupation of Hawai`i.

FEDERAL RECOGNITION CAN'T COMPARE TO INDEPENDENCE !

Can you imagine everyone seeking independence, everyone setting themselves free from the slavery of this corrupted system that runs our lives here in Hawai`i?

There would be no state or county.

We would be an independent state or nation again.

We, the people, would be able to control our destiny.

Land would no longer be sold to bigwigs.

House prices would come down so our people would be able to live here.

How can we sell ourselves out again by accepting federal recognition and go along with nation-within-a-nation?

This would be no good for us or our children.

There is a way to freedom. It's called independence.

PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE REVEALED ON VOICES OF TRUTH - ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I'S FUTURE

Mahalo for your overwhelming support and feedback last week on our debut of "A Violation Of Trust - A Voices Of Truth Special Report," which tells the story, first hand, of the sad and sorry effects of federal recognition on Alaska's Native people.

We share your outrage that alien interests would attempt to harm these people, their land and environment purely for profit.

This week, part one of "A Violation Of Trust" airs on Maui, Kaua`i and O`ahu.

It will air on Hawai`i Island in the very near future.

"A Violation Of Trust" reveals the direct connection between oil drilling in the pristine ANWR environment and efforts to force the Akaka bill on Hawai`i.

Naturally, certain individuals, for their own personal gain, are secretly setting the stage to sell out Native Alaskans and Native Hawaiians rights and resources.

Parts two and three will air throughout the islands over the next few weeks. Please tell your friends and family to tune in.

It's our way of bringing you the truth on Voices Of Truth - One-On-One With Hawai`i's Future.

Imaikalani graciously shares with us an inside and personal look at some of his artwork and exactly what went into the crafting of each piece which even includes a stunning mural depicting an oli (chant) that was done entirely in felt markers!

If you have a budding artists in your family, sit down with them and watch this one. Yet all of us, artists or not, will gain much insight and inspiration from this very gifted creator with his wonderful message for us all.

WILL FEDERAL RECOGNITION BE A GOOD DEAL FOR ALL?

In all the discussions about federal recognition and the Akaka bill, why is it that no one has mentioned the most important consideration of all -is it going to be a good deal financially for all the people concerned, the non-Hawaiian and Native Hawaiian citizens of the state of Hawai`i?

Consider this. Suppose the state of Hawai`i were for sale.

Would it be worth more before or after approximately half of the state was taken without compensation and millions of dollars in revenues from rents and taxes were lost forever?

A quick way to arrive at the answer is to pretend that you are a potential buyer.

The Native Hawaiians are confronted with a similar dilemma: how good a deal are they getting?

What kind of value do they put on thousands of acres of fragmented parcels - marginal lands with no infrastructure, no improvements, scant revenues, little income - and a very distant development horizon?

The only way to find out how much their land is worth is to advertise it for sale and see what akamai [smart] buyers are willing to pay.

Suppose the Akaka bill turns out to be an absolute disaster for reasons that no one can anticipate, like disagreements between the state of Hawai`i and the new Hawaiian nation, the possibility that the Supreme Court of the United States rules the bill unconstitutional, or that non-Hawaiians, Native Hawaiians or both become disillusioned with the outcome and demand to return to square one.

What will happen then?

Hard to figure. The bill is silent on this point.

DID WASHINGTON ADMIT IT STOLE HAWAI'I ?

Here's Part Of A US Department Of Justice Legal Opinion From October 4, 1988 -

"It is therefore unclear which constitutional power congress exercised when it aquired Hawai'i by joint resolution.Accordingly. it is doubtful that the aquisition of Hawai'i can serve as an appropriate precedent for a congressional assertion of sovereignty..."

FEDERAL RECOGNITION THROUGH AKAKA BILL DEVIOUS ATTEMPT TO AVOID TRUTH & JUSTICE

In 1993, the United States of America admitted in U.S. Public Law 103-150 that it had deprived the Native Hawaiian people of their right to self-determination and the native people have never given up their right of "inherent sovereignty."

Understanding this, it is clear the Akaka bill is not a fair or just solution.

International laws, treaties and conventions have been broken.

U.S. constitutional law and Hawaiian kingdom law have been broken.

Restitution and reparations are due.

The Akaka bill does not address these crimes at all.

There have been seven or eight versions of the bill, yet only one hearing on one island in Hawai'i.

How can the Hawaiian people determine for themselves what they are really going to get or lose?

Why hasn't the process included open and in-depth discussion in the Hawaiian communities so that descendants of the Hawaiian Kingdom and those loyal to the Hawaiian Nation may have input?

As it stands, the Akaka bill is simply a devious attempt to avoid the truth and justice.

HOW DOES HAWAI'I TREAT HAWAIIANS ?

Despite a strong state economy, the homeless rate in Hawai`i has nearly doubled over the past four years, and the majority of the new homeless are native Hawaiians and those with some Hawaiian ancestry.

From fabled Waikiki Beach, one of the places where the homeless congregate on O`ahu, to the neighboring islands that conjure the image of paradise to planeloads of tourists who arrive daily, there is increasing tension between the thousands of homeless people, their advocates, and state, city, and county governments.

Hawaiians represent only about 23 percent of the state's population, but the state survey suggested they make up 37 percent of the state's homeless population.

A VIOLATION OF TRUST - A VOICES OF TRUTH SPECIAL REPORT

This week we debut "A Violation Of Trust - A Voices Of Truth Special Report," which is definately one of the most important series we've ever documented.

By now, most of us are aware of the political manipulations to force oil drilling on the Artic Wildlife National Refuge.

Some of us may also know the native peoples on that land staunchly oppose the drilling.

However many of us do not know the direct connection between oil drilling in this pristine environment and efforts to force the Akaka bill on Hawai`i.

Certain individuals, for their own personal gain, are secretly setting the stage to sell out Native Alaskans and Native Hawaiians rights and resources.

All three segments of this groundbreaking series will be airing throughout the islands over the next few weeks.

Please tell your friends and family to tune in.

As always, we're committed to bringing you the truth on Voices Of Truth - One-On-One With Hawai`i's Future.

MONDAY, March 6th At 7:00 PM & FRIDAY, March 10th At 5:30 PM -
Hawai`i Island - Na Leo, Channel 54 -
"Surviving And Thriving - A Visit With Sheryl Iona."

We know how difficult it can be rasing a family and trying to survive these days. So we knew Sheryl was someone we had to share with our viewers.

A Hawai'i island mother of two and a successful businesswoman running her own company, Sheryl has a very special and inspiring message for anyone experiencing the trials and tribulations of trying to do it all as a single mom.

If you've ever had a frustrating day with your keiki, (children) or on the job, and wondered how anyone else manages to make it, sit down, relax, and listen as Sheryl shares her secrets and tells how you too can succeed.

WEDNESDAY, March 8th At 6:30 PM - Maui - Akaku, Channel 53

THURSDAY, March 9th At 8:30 PM & FRIDAY, March 10th At 8:30 AM - Kaua`i - Ho`ike, Channel 52

SATURDAY, March 11th At 8:00 PM - O`ahu - 'Olelo, Channel 53
"Build A Canoe? - It Takes A Community - A Visit With Leon Siu."

Leon, formerly of the musical duo of Leon & Malia, shares with us his insights on how paddling in the same direction can lead to community building.

A remarkable Kanaka (person) with fascinating insights, Leon talks about those elements that actually move a community forward as one in the same direction.

So if you've felt like you've been paddling in different directions, be sure to gather your `ohana (family) and catch this one to learn the steps of working together and what a difference it can make.

THE NEXT TIME SOMEONE ASKS, "WHY IS INDEPENDENCE BETTER FOR HAWAI'I THAN FEDERAL RECOGNITION," HERE'S WHAT TO TELL THEM -

Federal recognition (Akaka bill) is yesterday's solution.

It's thesis is again going hat in hand to the US federal government for help and turning Hawaiians inward and against each other in their own land.

For more than 100 years, this has not worked.

Instead, we can seize the opportunity to create a dynamic new nation through which we can maintain our culture and values, have more control over our future and be a leader among the pacific nations.

Let this be our legacy to our future generations.

WHAT COULD AMERICANS DO TO HELP HAWAI`I RECOVER ITS INDEPENDENCE ?

US Americans should start using critical thinking in resolving the Hawaiian issue.

If, in fact, the US is unlawfully occupying Hawai`i; logically it should deoccupy it.

One should become familiar with the laws of occupation to understand the issues.

One will also understand the folly of attempting to turn Hawaiians into American indians and tribes through federal recognition and what it seditiously represents.

The misrepresentation of the facts have been fostered on the US Americans and what has and is being done in their name.

Amid the myths and hoax lie documented facts with US admittance of misprison through covert and overt activities to destabilize the Hawaiian Kingdom, invasion, and takeover through a declaration among those involved, with the complicity of the USA and unbeknownst to the subjects of the Kingdom over a century ago.

This then took shape in a fake revolution to validate the nefarious actions spurred by the US government officials and their US American counterparts residing within the Hawaiian Kingdom.

DOES AMERICA HAVE A MONOPOLY ON LOVE OF COUNTRY ?

The United States of America has admitted in Public Law 1993, 103-150 that it violated its own Constitution, its treaties, international law and, by implication, all of the Christian teachings by perpetrating an outrageous armed theft of the Kingdom of Hawai`i and the forced American citizenship of Hawaiian national citizens.

America recognized in 1894, and again in 1993, that the Kingdom of Hawai`i has a right to exist.

The Hawaiian Nation has a right and obligation to enact and dictate land laws which prevent the selling of its lands to foreign speculators at prices which deny native nationals from living on their own home islands at an affordable price.

The Hawaiian nation has a right and obligation to protect and defend the quality of life, land, water, ocean and air.

The Hawaiian nation has a right and obligation to its citizens to provide the best in education, health care and housing.

The Akaka Bill, as well as many other individuals, would divide us ethnically, which is not the issue.

Patriotism and love for our Nation of Hawai`i is what this all is about.
